Partial Opening of Congregational activities at ICCL

Assalamu alaikum,

Dear community,

After following the data, ICCL is now planning to strategically open up for congressional activities ie ONLY for Salats, other congregational activities like Quran classes etc will continue to remain suspended.

This will be done scientifically and cautiously with ongoing monitoring.

Remember COVID 19 KILLS and there is no effective treatment!

This means you also have the important responsibility of keeping you and your community safe.

COVID 19 Salat Congregation requirements:
You are ONLY permitted to come and stay in the center with a mask that ACTUALLY covers both your mouth and nose at ALL times.
Children under 2 years are NOT allowed as a mask is a choking hazard. Older children if they can wear a mask completely covering their nose and mouth for the duration in the center may come, but if they are seen not following the regulation will be asked to step out with a parent.
Entry is ONLY permitted if your temperature is 99F or less on the thermal scanner positioned at the doorway. Please note if you have taken Tylenol, Advil or similar medications for fever in the preceding 24 hours please avoid praying at the center for the next 5 days if you continue to remain without a fever, if you have a fever see your physician.
Come for Salat AFTER taking Wudu at home. Avoid using the restroom at the center as much as possible
Not more than 20 people ( including Men, Women and Children ) are allowed at a single session. You may ONLY pray on the designated prayer rectangles. If there are no empty rectangles that means there are already 20 people SO please step out for the next session
There will be multiple Jummuah sessions as needed

Do NOT bring your musallah from home! Wipe down the plastic/vinyl salat rugs at the center that you prayed on (or get rid of the disposable musallah provided at the center) with the cleaning solution/wipes made available.
The fan settings should always be “ON” not “AUTO” as we will be installing UV-C HVAC lights to sterilize the centers air
If you attended a congressional prayer and you get diagnosed with COVID-19 please call or email ICCL so we may inform the other congregational members to stay quarantined from others and not come to the center for 2 weeks.
Avoid conversation in the center at all times if possible, to reduce airborne transmission.
Promptly leave the indoor space after the Salat.
